Defrost Instructions:
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2mins stir, then another 2mins. Alternatively you can cook them on the hob by emptying into a pan with 3tbsps of water and cooking over a medium heat for 10mins. Stir occasionally. Ensure piping hot before serving.
