Tell Me More
- This limited edition recipe reinvents our classic Lasagne al Forno: same delicious, comforting taste but better for nature, farmers and us, too.
- The beef mince is from British farms pioneering a more nature-friendly approach to raising cattle.
- We blend it with higher welfare pork from Dingley Dell, chestnut mushrooms and puy lentils. The taste is just as meaty and indulgent but there’s less meat and 1 of your 5 a day.
- The lasagne delivers a 27% reduction in carbon footprint compared to our regular Lasagne Al Forno, while each portion (350g) has 8g less fat and 75 fewer calories compared to a portion (365g) of Lasagne al Forno.
- Give it a try and let us know what you think!
What to Serve With Lasagne:
- A green salad and a Garlic Ciabatta are all you need.
- A tomato, mozzarella and basil salad’s also a nice fresh side.
- If you fancy having a go at making your own garlic bread, check out our recipe below.
