How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- We make a custard with Passionfruit, lime juice, whole eggs, cream, and a bit of sugar which we heat until it is lovely and thick. In the meantime we fill individual tart cases with our rich shortcrust pastry and bake them blind.
- Once the Passionfruit custard has cooled we fill the pastry cases and bake them at a low heat until set.
- We allow these to cool and dust with icing sugar and a little lime zest.
