Terms & Conditions:
1. The Competition is organised by COOK Trading Ltd ("COOK") whose registered address is The COOK Kitchen, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HH. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Channel Islands aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of COOK and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter, nor is anyone connected with the Competition. The eligibility of any entrant is at COOK's sole discretion.
3. Competition closes on 7th December 2025 at 11.59pm.
4. Transactions must meet the following criteria to qualify for entry: Transaction must contain either a COOK Turkey or a COOK Christmas Dinner Bundle (Veggie and Vegan Christmas Dinner Bundles are included). Transaction must be a Home Delivery or Click & Collect order which is delivered or collected no later than 7th December 2025, or purchased from a COOK shop no later than 7th December 2025 and linked to a valid Friends & Family account.
5. All qualifying transactions will automatically be entered into the prize draw. One entry for every qualifying transaction.
6. COOK does not assume any responsibility, and cannot accept any for a technical fault or failed electronic data transmission that fails to automatically register a qualifying purchase. Any and all such entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of dispatch shall not be proof of entry.
7. No minimum spend for Click & Collect orders or purchases in a COOK shop, but minimum order levels and delivery charges apply for Home Delivery.
8. The prize referred to as a “win your order for free” consists of a complete refund of the cost of your initial order that contained a COOK turkey or any COOK Christmas Dinner bundles, including the veggie and vegan options. This includes delivery costs, if this applies.
9. There will be one prize-winner chosen at random. The first draw will be held on Sunday 9th November (covering the period from 1-9th November 2025) and will continue every Sunday for five weeks until the last draw on 7th December 2025, when the Competition closes. COOK reserves the right to request written proof of age or identity of any entrant before they may claim the prize.
10. Winners will be contacted by email or phone. Once notified, the winner must reply within two weeks to make arrangements to receive the prize. COOK reserves the right to select another winner if contact is not made within this time.
11. Any valid entrant from a week when they do not win will be automatically entered into the following week’s draw, and so on, until the competition closes.
12. The prize is awarded at COOK's discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
13. COOK may use the personal data of entrants for administrative purposes connected to the Competition, including contacting potential winner(s) by email and/or phone to arrange a refund of the cost of their initial order.
14. COOK reserves the right to announce the first name and home town of the winner in any print, emails and social media posts relating to the Competition once the prize has been claimed. If the winner is not happy for this to be shared, they can decline the prize and COOK reserves the right to select another winner.
15. These Terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, COOK and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
