Serve with our Garlic Ciabatta and a simple rocket salad
Fry off some sliced chestnut mushrooms and stir through the carbonara once cooked, as well as some fresh baby spinach leaves
If in season, grill some asparagus tips and serve on top of the carbonara with shavings of parmesan and cracked black pepper

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and pierce film. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

30 mins

Allow to stand for 1 minute. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook of full power.

4 mins 30 secs > stir well & re-cover > 2 mins

When stirring halfway through, it’s best to use a fork to lift and twist the spaghetti to help it cook evenly. Allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins 30 secs > stir & re-cover > 1 min

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.
