What to Serve With Smoked Bacon, Broccoli and Cheddar Frittata:

  • For a salad idea to accompany – serve with a shaved fennel salad with a lemon mustard dressing. Add in some thinly sliced green apple, parsley and some sourdough croutons.
  • Serve as a centrepiece for a main meal or as part of a buffet with a green salad, potatoes and dollop of English mustard.
  • Delicious warm but any leftovers will work a treat the next day.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Double Cream [Milk] (19%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg Yolk (13%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg (13%), Mascarpone Cheese [Milk], Smoked Bacon Lardons (10%) (Pork, Water, Salt, Brown Sugar, Dried Vegetable & Fruit Powder (Sea Buckthorn, Acerola, Rosemary, Green Tea, Cider Vinegar), Preservatives: Sodium Nitrite, Sodium Phosphate), Cherry Tomatoes (10%), Cheddar Cheese [Milk] (9%), Longstem Broccoli (8%), Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Rapeseed Oil, Lemon Juice, Thyme, Rosemary.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove the frittata from the box but keep in the tray. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. If colouring too much during cooking, cover with foil.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.

Once cooked, ensure piping hot and rest for 5 mins. Run a knife around the edge of the frittata and turn it upside down onto a plate. Remove the silicone paper, then carefully flip back over onto another plate to serve.

Defrost Instructions:

Not suitable for cooking once defrosted.
