Beef Cheeks (45%) (Beef, Salt, Black Pepper), Double Cream [Milk] (16%), Shallots (11%), Chestnut Mushrooms (11%), Water, Brandy (3%), Salted Butter [Milk], Dijon Mustard (Water, Mustard Seeds, Vinegar, Salt), Garlic, Madeira [Sulphites], Beef Stock (Yeast Extract, Beef Fat, Water, Salt, Tomato Paste, Beef Bone Stock), Cornflour, Thyme, Rosemary, Salt, Black Pepper.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film and cover the tray with aluminium foil. Place onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 40 mins, then remove foil and cook for a further 20 mins.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
60 mins
Ensure piping hot. Leave to rest for 2 mins. Place the beef cheeks on your plates then give the sauce a really good stir and pour over the top.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost keep refrigerated and use within 48 hours, follow the oven guidelines but cook for 30 mins - remove foil and cook for a further 15 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
