  • This is a great all-rounder and works as well with rice as it does with Creamy Mash or duchess potatoes

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • The chicken is marinated for four hours in wholegrain and Dijon mustard before it’s roasted in the oven
  • Then the COOK chefs make a velouté sauce using chicken stock and wholegrain and Dijon mustard
  • Red onions are sweated with red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar and demerara sugar for about half an hour until caramelised. When they are added as a garnish, they not only look great, but really cut through the mustard, making this a wonderfully rounded dish

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C , Electric 190°C , Gas Mark 5.

Allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure the food is piping hot and stir well before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film, Place on microwavable plate.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.
