How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- We toast a mix of Indian spices until fragrant, and then blitz them into a delicious spice mix.
- We fry some onion, garlic and ginger in a mixture of butter and rapeseed oil, and then add the spices along with tomato puree and cinnamon and bay for flavour.
- In goes butter and double cream, and finally it’s finished with coriander.
