How We Make It

  • We marinate chicken breast in tamarind paste, lime leaf, garlic and ginger before roasting it and slicing it thinly.
  • Our Chefs make a delicious green Thai curry sauce with garlic, ginger, lemongrass, lime leaf and coconut milk. The sauce is mixed through the sliced chicken along with finely chopped carrot, spring onion and coriander.
  • The curry mix is carefully spooned into crisp wonton cups by the Finishing team.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
13-15 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Not suitable for cooking once defrosted.

Extra Warnings:
