AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
Roasted Red Peppers (51%), Sun-dried Tomato Paste (28%) Semi-Dried Tomatoes (17%), Red Pesto [Milk, Sulphites], Salt, Basil, Parsley, Black Pepper, Chilli Flakes.
Sun-dried Tomato Paste contains: Sun-dried Tomato, Tomato Paste, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Lactic Acid, Oregano, Basil. Semi-Dried Tomatoes contain: Cherry Semi Dried Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Preservative: Lactic Acid. Red Pesto contains: Soaked Sundried Tomatoes (Sundried Tomatoes, Water, Salt, Grape Vinegar), Sundried Tomatoes (Sundried Tomatoes, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Salt, Wine Vinegar), Semidried Tomatoes in Oil (Semidried Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Oregano), Vegetarian Medium Fat Hard Cheese (Cow’s milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet), Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Herbs de Provence (Rosemary, Marjoram, Parsley, Basil, Kibbled Bay Leaves, Thyme, Oregano, Sage) Garlic Puree.

DEFROST TO SERVE
Defrost Instructions:
Defrost in the fridge for 12hrs. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and eat within 48hrs.
