How We Make It At Our Kitchen
An updated version of a COOK favourite. Our chefs make a spicy tikka sauce using cumin, coriander, fennel, turmeric, paprika and chilli powder, finished with natural yoghurt and mango chutney. Whole king prawns are added to the sauce in a tomato tortilla cups before the final touch: a garnish of chopped coriander. Curry never tasted so good!

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
King Prawns (41%) [Crustaceans], Tomato Tortilla Cup (14%) [Wheat Gluten], Natural Yoghurt [Milk], Mango Chutney (9%), Water, Chopped Tomatoes, Rapeseed Oil, Tomato Puree, Garlic, Ginger Puree, Coriander, Ground Cumin, Paprika, Salt, Ground Coriander, Fennel Seeds, Turmeric, Chilli Powder.
Ginger Puree contains: Ginger Puree, Citric Acid. Mango Chutney contains: Water, Granulated Sugar, Frozen Mango, Spirit Vinegar, Cornflour, Cumin Seed, Fresh Garlic, Salt, Mango Chutney Spice Blend (Paprika, Chilli Powder, Cardamom, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Clove), Black Onion Seed. Natural Yoghurt contains: Low Fat Yoghurt, Modified Starch, Stabiliser (Pectins).
