How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We roast some diced butternut squash through the oven with garlic, rosemary and thyme
  • To put it together, we take a pastry cup and add a little pink onion marmalade and crumbled goat’s cheese
  • Then in goes the roasted butternut squash

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract). Pink Onion Marmalade (32%) (contains: Rosanna Pink Onions, Balsamic Vinegar, Light Brown Sugar, Malt Vinegar, Tapioca Starch, Salt), Butternut Squash (26%), Goat's Cheese (19%) [Milk], Wonton Cups (19%) (contain: Wheat Flour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Salt), Rapeseed Oil, Thyme, Rosemary, Garlic, Black Pepper.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
10-12 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 8-10 mins.
