Tell Me More
- Our version of a French classic, taking you back to that trip to the Alps.
- We have used bacon lardons from Dingley Dell farm, which sit in a white wine & onion sauce.
- Complemented with sliced roasted potatoes with the skin on for that rustic look.
- Comforting, warming and delicious.
What to Serve With Tartiflette:
- This is a rich meal, so we would suggest just a simple mixed leaf salad with a nice dressing.
- Serve this as an extra decadent dauphinoise style potato!
