What to Serve With Shellfish with a Lemon & Caper Butter:

  • This is great for a starter or an addition to a larger dinner.
  • Can be tossed through some cooked bucatini pasta to make a fantastic shelfish pasta. Serve with a rocket and parmesan salad and a warm ciabatta.
  • Roast some tenderstem broccoli and green beans and drizzle over some of the butter!

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film lid. Place onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
35 mins
Ensure food is piping hot. To serve, place the shellfish in a warm dish and pour the melted butter over the top.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 30 mins.
