  • It is very special, utterly delicious and we'll only be making a small quantity of them so secure them quickly!
  • It comes in an enamel tray, has a rich and indulgent thermidor sauce, contains king & queen scallops, king prawns, langoustines and salmon.
  • The langoustine on top is edible and delicious. Just give the tail a squeeze on the sides as this makes it easy to peel. Then flip it over so the legs are facing up, then peel the side down towards the back!

DEFROST BEFORE COOKING

Defrost Instructions:

Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking. Preheat oven. Remove the pie from the box but keep in the tray. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 50 mins. If colouring too much during cooking, cover with foil.

OVEN COOK

Oven:

To cook from frozen (still utterly delicious), follow the guidelines above but cook for 85 minutes (cover with foil if starting to colour too much). Allow to stand for 5 mins before serving .

Oven Settings

Fan 190°C, Electric 210°C, Gas Mark 7.

Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
