Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooked Couscous (56%) [Wheat Gluten], Mushrooms (11%), Onions (11%), Oven Roasted Semi-dried Tomatoes (9%) (Sunflower Oil, Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid), Green Peppers (6%), Carrot (5%), Mediterranean Vegetable Stock (Partially Reconstituted Vegetables (Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Artichoke, Celeriac, Potato), Tomato Puree, Salt, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Sun-Dried Tomato Paste (Sunflower Oil, Salt, Natural Flavouring, White Wine Vinegar, Black Pepper) Olive Oil, Natural Flavouring), Mint.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Oven:

Pre-heat oven. Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.
25-30 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook on full power.

2 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 1 min
Allow to stand for 1 min. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15-20 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Steam may be released when removing film lid.

Pre-heat oven. Remove cardboard sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

Oven Settings

Fan 160°C , Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.
30-35mins

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate and cook on full power for 4 minutes. Partially peel back film lid, stir contents and replace film lid. Cook for a further 2 minutes.

4 mins > stir gently & re-cover > 2 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure this food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 20-25 minutes.
