Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Parsnips (42%), Carrots (42%), Rapeseed Oil, Marmalade (4%) (Glucose Fructose Syrup, Oranges, Sugar, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Orange Juice From Concentrate, Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate)), Chives (2%), Salt, Ginger Puree.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Decant your carrots and parsnips onto a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven. Remove from the oven and turn them half way through cooking to ensure an even finish.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
20 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure piping hot. If cooking as part of a COOK stress-free Christmas lunch see the timings at www.cookfood.net/timings

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines but cook for 10-15 mins
