Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Parsnips (42%), Carrots (42%), Rapeseed Oil, Marmalade (5%) (Glucose Fructose Syrup, Oranges, Sugar, Gelling Agent (Pectin), Orange Juice From Concentrate, Acid (Citric Acid), Acidity Regulator (Sodium Citrate)), Harissa Paste (2%) (Water, Sunflower Oil, Paprika Flakes, Garlic Puree, Course Sea Salt, Ground Cumin, Paprika Oil (Colour: Paprika Extract), Crushed Chilli Flakes, Smoked Paprika, Dried Rose Petals, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Ground Black Pepper, Ground Cinnamon, Ground Coriander, Ground Pimento), Salt, Dill.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film and decant the carrots and parsnips onto a lightly greased baking tray in the middle of the oven. Turn half way through cooking to ensure an even finish.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
20 mins
Allow to stand for 2 mins. Ensure piping hot. If cooking as part of a COOK stress-free Christmas lunch see the timings at www.cookfood.net/timings

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow oven guidelines but cook for 10-15 mins.
