Defrost Instructions:

Defrost for 6-7 hours in the fridge. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. To serve, gently run a knife around the edge of each panna cotta. Turn upside down onto a plate, gently squeeze to release and lift the pot off. Leave to stand for 1-2 minutes.
