We’re sorry to say our Turkey for Two has now sold out. We can’t believe we’re saying that, but demand was unprecedented this year and turkeys have to be ordered back in the spring.
*Please note: the turkey for 2 needs to be defrosted before cooking (Defrost for at least 12 hours in the fridge). Please refer to defrost instructions on pack or below in the Cooking/Serving Instructions.
How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- Our chefs prepare their handmade stuffing with higher-welfare sausagemeat from Speldhurst butchers, orange-soaked apricots and a hint of ginger.
- The turkey breast is seasoned with a little salt and pepper, before being filled with a generous quantity of stuffing.
- Finally, they are covered with slices of sweet-cured streaky bacon and garnished with an orange slice, a sprig of thyme and a bay leaf.
Sourcing
Reared outdoors with freedom to roam 24hrs a day, COOK turkeys are raised to the highest welfare standards on small farms in East Anglia and have been recognised with a Good Turkey Award by Compassion In World Farming.

We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract). Defrost Instructions:
This product should be defrosted. Remove from packaging, place in dish and cover. Defrost for at least 12 hours in the fridge. Ensure it is fully defrosted before cooking. Once defrosted, keep your turkey in the fridge.
