Tell Me More

  • We only cook with higher welfare, British Chicken. Read more.
  • With coconut milk, lemongrass and lime leaf, this is a tasty Thai version of a classic takeaway dish.
  • Unmistakably Thai, but undeniably different … and a real change from a red, green or yellow curry.

Try It With

  • For a hassle-free supper, just serve with some of our Plain Rice or on plain noodles.
  • A great addition to a Thai buffet to sit alongside all those colourful curries.
  • It’s not at all spicy, but you can always add some thinly sliced chillis to give it a lift. But don’t be too heavy-handed or you’ll drown out the subtle fragrant flavours.
