How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • Tender slices of chicken and cannolicchi pasta is added to our home made rich tomato sauce made with tomatoes, chicken stock, basil, oregano and a dash of white wine.
  • Mushrooms are sliced and roasted through the oven to intensify their flavour.
  • The bake is topped with a mix or grated mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, red pesto and basil.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

Oven:

Remove sleeve and film lid. Place on a baking tray and cook in centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 160°C, Electric 180°C, Gas Mark 4.
45-50 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min and ensure piping hot before serving.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve, pierce film. Cook on full power.

4 mins > stir & re-cover > 4 mins
Allow to stand for 1 min and ensure piping hot before serving.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing the lid.
