Try It With:

  • Keep it simple with Creamy Mash and steamed greens
  • It makes a lovely sauce for pasta. Try it with tagliatelle, garnished with some torn basil and a squeeze of fresh lemon
  • If you’re hosting, serve with new potatoes roasted with garlic and steamed fresh asparagus and tender-stem broccoli. A fresh, lively Pinot Grigio and you’re off (we’d suggest Lemon Cheesecake for pud)

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • The chicken is marinated in red pesto, lemon juice, garlic and parsley and oven-roasted
  • To make the sauce, our chefs mix mascarpone with basil pesto and a little bit of chicken stock and bring to a simmer. Then they add fresh double cream and lots of basil to make a garlicky, creamy, herby sauce
  • Finally it’s garnished with semi-dried tomato halves to add a burst of flavour

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Oven:

Preheat oven. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
35 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins and stir the sauce well before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 20 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain. Steam may be released when removing film lid.
