Two sustainably caught sea bass fillets with roasted new potatoes and fennel, in a smoky red pepper and tomato Romesco sauce.

  • Remove the two fillets of sea bass once cooked, give the potatoes, fennel and Romesco sauce a good stir. Serve on a plate before placing the fish back on top.
  • For a crispy skin, place the fish under a medium grill for 3-4mins once cooked.

Try it With:

  • Serve with a watercress salad and our Garlic Ciabatta.
  • Serve with griddled asparagus (when in season) or some Tenderstem broccoli.
  • Delicious with some chargrilled courgette and fennel.

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

New Potatoes (33%), Sea Bass (20%) [Fish], Fennel (15%), Water, Semi Dried Cherry Tomatoes (6%) (Cherry Tomatoes, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid), Chopped Tomatoes (4%) (Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Red Pepper (4%), Rapeseed Oil, Ground Almonds [Nuts], Double Cream [Milk], Brown Sugar, Garlic, Tomato Puree, Salt, Cornflour, Dill, Smoked Paprika, Chilli Flakes.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven, remove sleeve, pierce film and place tray directly onto the middle shelf of your oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
35 mins > remove film > 20 mins
Remove from the oven. For a crisp skin, you can then place the sea bass under a medium grill for 3 to 4 minutes (optional). Be sure to keep a close eye on it! Then leave to rest for 2 minutes. Using a large serving spoon or fish slice, gently lift out the sea bass fillets, stir the sauce and potatoes together, and serve.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the cooking guidelines and cook for 20 mins, remove film then cook for a further 15 mins.

Extra Warnings:
