OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove all packaging and place onto a baking tray. Cook in the middle of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 190°C, Electric 210°C, Gas Mark 6.
40 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins. Ensure food is piping hot before serving. Gently remove the parcels from your oven tray using a flat spatula and serve.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 30 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every effort has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
