Our indulgent, hand-prepared puddings are frozen and need defrosting for a minimum of 5 hours at room temperature (please check the pack)

Try it with:

  • Scattered with a few strawberries and mint leaves.

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We whisk egg whites and sugar in small batches to make sure the meringue stays light and fluffy with a slight crunch on top.
  • Adding raspberries and lightly whipped cream – and a dusting of icing sugar.

Caster Sugar, Whipping Cream (28%) [Milk], Raspberries (21%), Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (Thickener: Guar Gum), Icing Sugar (Tricalcium Phosphate), White Wine Vinegar (Preservative: Sodium Metabisulphite), Cornflour, Vanilla Flavouring (Mono-Propylene Glycol, Vanilla Flavouring).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

DEFROST TO SERVE

Defrost Instructions:

It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging and place on a serving dish whilst it’s still frozen. You’ll find it much easier to handle. Defrost for 5-7 hours at room temperature or 11-12 hours in the fridge. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
