Try It With:
- Super simple: serve directly from the freezer, take it out of the mould, and cut into slices
- Lovely with any fresh fruit, like raspberries or strawberries
- Add some fresh mint leaves … and serve with a G&T of course!
How We Make It At Our Kitchen
- The parfait is a type of mousse, which we make with cream, egg white and a little sugar, before adding lemon gin and lemon juice.
- This goes into the moulds and topped with lemon curd flavoured with gin and Fever-Tree Indian Tonic Water.
- Finally, we scatter lime and lemon zest over the curd before freezing.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
Whipping Cream [Milk], Caster Sugar, Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (Thickener: Guar Gum), Lemon Gin (8%) (Lemon Flavouring), Lemon Curd (6%) (Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Pasteurised Free Range Egg, Pasteurised Free Range Egg Yolk, Butter (Milk, Salt), Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Lemon Zest, Lemon Oil), Lemon Pulp, Gin, Indian Tonic Water (Carbonated Spring Water, Cane Sugar, Citric Acid, Natural Flavourings (including Natural Quinine)), Lime Zest, Lemon Zest.
Alcohol content is equivalent to 4% ABV.
