We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
Whipping Cream [Milk], Caster Sugar, Free Range Pasteurised Egg White (Thickener: Guar Gum), Lemon Gin (8%) (Gin, Lemon Flavouring), Lemon Curd (6%) (Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Pasteurised Free Range Egg, Pasteurised Free Range Egg Yolk, Butter (Milk, Salt), Gelling Agent: Citrus Pectin, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid, Lemon Zest, Lemon Oil), Lemon Pulp, Gin, Indian Tonic Water (Carbonated Spring Water, Cane Sugar, Citric Acid, Natural Flavourings (including Natural Quinine)), Lime Zest, Lemon Zest.
Alcohol content is equivalent to 4% ABV.

Defrost Instructions:
1. Remove the outer box. 2. Tear down the sides and corners to remove from container. 3. Place on serving dish and place in the fridge for 5 minutes to soften slightly 4. After 5 minutes, slice and serve
