Chicken Chow Mein

How we make it
Firstly, the chicken breast is marinated in honey and sesame oil for a few hours. Then we make a light sauce to coat the egg noodles by frying the garlic and ginger in sesame oil, then adding Chinese five spice, sherry, light soy sauce and a touch of palm sugar. To finish, the noodles are topped with stir fried red peppers, water chestnuts, sesame seeds and toasted cashew nuts.
