How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • We cook the wholewheat spaghetti until al denté mean that it still has a slight bite
  • We let the rich ragu simmer away and reduce down to give us a rich tomato base sauce
  • Pork shoulder steaks are roasted slowly though the oven at a low temperature for 3.5 hours and shredded to give melt in the mouth pieces of pork

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

Oven:

Preheat oven. Pierce film lid, place on a baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.

Stir well and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. Ensure piping hot.

Microwave:

Remove sleeve and pierce film lid. Cook on full power.

3 mins 30 secs > stir gently & re-cover > 2 mins
Stir well and allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. Ensure piping hot.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, stir, 1 min 30 secs.

Caution: Steam may be released when removing film lid.
