Win a Yard of Roulade

This competition is no longer taking submissions
To celebrate the opening of our new, COOK Puddings Kitchen in Somerset a few months ago our pudding maestro, Liz Dove, came up with something a little bit special. She got two of her very best pudding chefs to make and roll a couple of extra-long roulades. When we discovered these elongated, super-puddings at the kitchen opening party we got very excited. What could we call them? Why, they are Yards Of Roulade of course!

Now, a Yard Of Roulade is a rather appealing prospect for many people. The thought did cross our minds that we should be selling them as the ultimate party pud. We then figured out that getting a box in which to fit the super-pud would be nigh on impossible. Ah, well…
We do, however, have a Yard Of Roulade to win (we’ve no idea how we’ll get it to you, but we’ll figure it out. You just need to invite along 20-odd friends to eat it).
PS: We should point out, for any pedants out there, that the actual length of our “yard” of roulade is about six inches shy of an imperial yard (it’s determined by the size of our baking tins). Just in case you win and decide to get your tape measure out.
