AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Puff Pastry (41%) (Wheat Flour, Water, Sustainable Palmfat, Salt), Semi-Dried Cherry Tomatoes (20%) (Sunflower Oil, Salt, Garlic, Oregano, Acidity Regulator: Lactic Acid), Red Peppers (7%), Chopped Tomatoes (6%) (Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Onions, Light Soft Brown Sugar, Pine Nuts (4%), Red Wine Vinegar (Antioxidant: Sulphur Dioxide), Parsley, Basil, Garlic, Rapeseed Oil, Ginger Puree, Salt, Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Chilli Flakes.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film. Place the tray directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.

Allow to rest for 3 mins before serving. Tarte tatins are cooked upside down so, once they’re done, run a teaspoon around the outside of each canape and carefully scoop them out. Then transfer to your serving dish. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hrs. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 20 mins.
