How We Make It At Our Kitchen
A canapé brimming with the tastes of Thailand: king prawns, sesame oil, fish sauce and chopped coriander. Our chefs make the sweet chilli sauce by frying garlic and adding fish sauce, tomato puree, sugar, soy sauce and white wine vinegar. The crispy wonton cups are filled and finished by hand, too.
