AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.
*MICROWAVE ONLY* COOK FROM FROZEN
Remove sleeve and pierce film. Cook on full power for 4 mins. Peel back film and stir ingredients on top of the insert. Replace film and cook on full power for 2 mins. IMPORTANT STEP! Remove film.Carefully holding the tab of the insert, remove it slowly, tipping the ingredients on top into the sauce below. Stir everything together thoroughly. Leave to stand for 1 min.
4 mins > stir & re-cover > 2 mins
Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the microwave guidelines but cook for 2 mins, peel back film and stir the top layer well. Place back the film and cook for a further 1 min & 30 seconds. Once cooked remove the insert and mix with the sauce, stirring well. Rest for 1 minute before serving.
Steam may be released when removing film lid and insert. Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
