AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.
We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).
Remove from freezer for 1-2 minutes before pushing the cheesecake up from base of the pot. It will pop up. Invert the cheesecake to remove completely from the pot and quickly put on a serving dish. Defrost for 5-6 hours in the fridge or 2-3 hours in a cool room. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours
DEFROST TO SERVE
It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging and place on a serving dish whilst it’s still frozen. You’ll find it much easier to handle.
Defrost for 10-11 hours in the fridge or 5-6 hours at room temperature. If defrosted at room temperature ensure dessert is returned to the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
