Tell Me More

  • A luxurious starter that cooks straight from frozen in just 35 minutes
  • Hand-prepared from scratch by the chefs at the COOK Kitchen
  • Works as both a starter or a light lunch

Try It With

  • For a simple starter, serve with a rocket salad and a balsamic glaze dressing
  • Delicious on a bed of rocket leaves, topped with quartered figs and some toasted hazelnuts
  • To turn it into a tasty lunch, plate it up with a salad of roasted beetroot wedges, sliced raw fennel and steamed kale, all garnished with pumpkin seeds

How We Make It

  • Our chefs start by making the savoury biscuit bases from butter and oats
  • The caramelised onion chutney is handmade from scratch and spooned onto the base
  • Finally, we add the cheesecake mix
