An indulgent chocolate mousse on a chocolate and caramel marbled sponge, covered in whipped cream, chocolate and caramel sauce and finished with chocolate shards.

How We Make It

  • A sweet vanilla sponge and a chocolate sponge are piped together in a wreath shape to create a marbled sponge.
  • This is topped with a chocolate syrup and a chocolate mousse, then covered with fresh whipped local cream.
  • Finally it’s decorated with caramel sauce, chocolate sauce, little toffee balls covered in milk chocolate, dark chocolate shards and a sprinkling of gold dust.

Defrost Instructions:

FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE AND EAT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. 1. It is very important to remove the dessert from all packaging whilst it’s still frozen. You’ll find it much easier to handle. 2. To remove the card base, run a sharp knife under and around the wreath whilst it's frozen, before placing on a serving dish. 3. Defrost for 8-10 hours in the fridge. 4. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
