AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cherries (27%), Self Raising Flour (12%) (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Raising Agents (Monocalcium, Sodium Bicarbonate)), Salted Butter [Milk], Caster Sugar, Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Granulated Sugar, Semi Skimmed Milk, Ground Almonds (4%) [Nuts], Flaked Almonds (3%) [Nuts], Lemon Juice, Cornflour, Water, Almond Flavour (Water, Acidity Regulator: Sodium Citrate).

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove sleeve and film and place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.
38-40 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins, then cut in half, remove from the tray (a fish slice works well) and serve. BE CAREFUL: THE JAM IS VERY HOT.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 30 minutes.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all cherry stones, some may remain.
