Tell Me More

  • Vegan-friendly and utterly delicious (so everyone else-friendly, too).
  • We have re-developed these to enhance the flavours.
  • We have removed the pickled red onions on top and replaced with a spiced red onion chutney, full of Christmas flavours, which now sits in the centre of the product instead of on top.
  • We have used the sliced butternut and roasted them with a little oil and thyme.

Try it With:

  • Crispy roast parsnips and buttered savoy cabbage and leeks - loads of cracked black pepper and a squeeze of lemon.
  • For a real feast, it would also make for a generous starter – just serve on a bed of rocket.
  • In a hot pan char hispi cabbage wedges, then add enough stock to cover the cabbage 3/4, a splash of white wine and squeeze of of lemon juice. Add butter, lots of butter.

Wine Pairings:

Vegan wines are common, which is fantastic, check the back label or the producers website if unsure. For a white wine try a Viognier, which has a lovely creamy texture and has subtle apricot flavours. For a red wine try either a Pinot Noir or a Chianti.
