Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example some of our curry pastes, which contain Citric Acid).

Salmon (42%), Puff Pastry [contains Gluten, Milk], Beetroot (9%), Crème Fraiche (8%) [contains Milk], Free Range Egg Yolk, Water, Dill Paste [contains Sulphites], Lemon Juice, Horseradish Sauce [contains Egg, Mustard, Sulphites], Salt, Dill, White Pepper.

Puff Pastry contains: Wheat Flour, Butter, Water, Salt. Dill Paste contains: Dill, White Wine Vinegar, Sunflower Oil, Sugar, Salt. Horseradish Sauce contains: Horseradish, Water, Vinegar, Vegetable Oil, Turnip, Glucose Syrup, Sugar, Pasteurised Egg Yolk, Salt, Stabiliser (Xanthan Gum), Mustard Flour, Flavourings, Preservative (Sodium Metabisulphite).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Pre heat oven. Remove from packaging and place on a baking tray on top of the silicone paper provided. Cook for 40-45 minutes in the top of the oven. Allow to rest for 2 minutes. Ensure the food is piping hot before serving.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
40-45 minutes

Extra Warnings:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 2 days. Follow the oven guidelines increasing the oven temperature to 220°C electric/200°C fan/gas mark 7 and cook for 30-35 minutes. Caution: Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
