Try It With

  • Sprinkle with some chopped fresh coriander or sesame seeds

How We Make

  • The sweet chilli sauce is prepared by hand in our Kitchen from fresh red chillies, a little ginger and garlic, some authentic Thai fish sauce, lime juice and a splash of white wine vinegar for some zing.
  • This is then combined with cod, a little Thai red curry paste, coriander and lemon grass.
  • We then shape the mixture by hand into little fish cakes.

Ingredients

AT COOK WE USE THE SAME INGREDIENTS YOU WOULD USE AT HOME.

We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cod (48%) [Fish], Sugar, Red Thai Curry Paste (8%) (contains: Red Chilli, Onion, Garlic, Salt, Lemongrass, Galangal, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Spices (Coriander Seed, Fennel, Cardamom) Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Thai Fish Sauce (7%) (contains: Water, Anchovy Fish Extract, Salt, Sugar), White Wine Vinegar (contains: Antioxidant: Sulphur Dioxide), Garlic (4%), Coriander, Ginger Puree (4%), Rapeseed Oil, Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Lime Juice, Lemongrass Puree [Sulphites] (contains: Lemongrass, Lemon Juice, Salt), Water, Chilli.

Cooking/Serving Instructions

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove canapés from all packaging and place directly onto a baking tray. Cook in the top of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 180°C, Electric 200°C, Gas Mark 6.
10-12 mins
Allow to rest for 2 mins before serving. When cooking more than one pack of canapés at a time, allow extra cooking time.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 6-8 mins.

Extra Warnings:

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
