How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • A crushed ginger biscuit base is prepared.
  • It’s topped with a wonderfully rich dark chocolate mousse with chopped stem ginger stirred through.
  • Finally it’s finished with a ginger biscuit crumb, cocoa and a dusting of gold dust to add some seasonal sparkle.

FOR BEST RESULTS DEFROST IN THE FRIDGE AND EAT AS SOON AS YOU CAN. SERVE CHILLED. 1. Remove all packaging whilst still frozen and place on serving dish 2. Defrost in the fridge for 2 hours 3. Eat as soon as possible once thawed. In the unlikely event of there being any leftovers, keep in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.
