What is Chimichurri?

Chimichurri is a lively sauce of Argentinian origin, a cross between a pesto and salsa, which is often served alongside or used to marinade grilled meats. Our chimichurri contains parsley, coriander, garlic chilli and olive oil balanced by some red wine vinegar. It has a vibrant flavour from the fresh parsley, coriander and garlic followed by a moderate heat from the chilli.
