Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.

These cooking instructions are only a guide. Your appliance may have a personality of its own (or a different power rating). Please adjust accordingly.

*NOT SUITABLE FOR MICROWAVES*
OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove the sleeve but there's no need to pierce the film. Place on a baking tray and cook in the middle of the oven.

Oven Settings

Fan 200°C, Electric 220°C, Gas Mark 6-7.
20 mins > Remove Film > 15 mins
Batter can be as unpredictable as the British weather and rises differently in every oven- especially if they don’t have a fan- so keep a close eye on it. Don’t be tempted to open the door before removing the film half way through and, if you like it crispy, leave it in a little longer.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines but cook for 15 mins > remove film > 15 mins.
