We never put additives or preservatives into our food. We do occasionally use kitchen cupboard ingredients that include some additives in their sub-ingredients (for example Worcestershire Sauce used in our Spaghetti Bolognese, which contains Tamarind Extract).

Cooking/Serving Instructions

OVEN COOK FROM FROZEN

Oven:

Preheat oven. Remove from the box but keep the frittata in the tray. Place onto a baking tray and cook in the top of the oven. If colouring too much during cooking, cover with foil.

Oven Settings

Fan 170°C, Electric 190°C, Gas Mark 5.

Once cooked, rest the frittata for a full 25 minutes. Then run a knife around the rim and turn it upside down onto a plate. Remove the silicone and then carefully flip back over onto another plate to serve. This tortilla can be served cold - perfect for a picnic or buffet. Follow the cooking instructions, allow to cool and keep refrigerated until serving. Once cooked, consume within 48 hours.

Defrost Instructions:

Should this product defrost, keep refrigerated and eat within 48 hours. Follow the oven guidelines and cook for 35 mins.
