Tell Me More

  • Vegan-friendly and utterly delicious (so everyone else-friendly, too)
  • Perfect if you’re dreaming of a meat-free Christmas or you’re hosting a veggie or vegan on December 25th
  • The hand-prepared stuffing is based on our Great Taste Award-winning Nut Roast

Try it With:

  • As our new Christmas centerpiece, it’s perfect with all the traditional trimmings on the big day
  • Alternatively, it could be a great weeknight supper, accompanied by some roast red onions and leeks
  • For a real feast, it would also make for a generous starter – just serve on a bed of rocket

How We Make It At Our Kitchen

  • To start, our chefs combine cooked mushrooms, dried apricots, desiccated coconut, nuts, spinach and sage to create the delicious mix for a nut roast.
  • Then they roast butternut squash and slowly cook onions with red wine vinegar, sugar and cranberries.
  • The roasted butternut squash slices and pink onions are then stacked on top of the nut roast bases.

Cooking Instructions

At our kitchen, we prepare food by hand using the same ingredients and techniques you would at home. We then freeze our meals at -35°C so it tastes freshly made when you cook it at home (no nasty additives or preservatives required). Most of our food can be heated from frozen (sometimes in minutes in your microwave). Check the instructions below.
