Essential Information For Christmas

27th October: Slots will open for the last 2 weeks before Christmas for Home Delivery and Click & Collect.
30th October: Everything in our Christmas menu will be available in COOK shops.
18th December: Last chance to edit your online order.
10th December: Final day for deliveries and click & collect to be entered into our prize draw (find out more).
Festive Menu
We only make a limited amount of our festive mains, starters and puddings (including Christmas Dinners). Please order early to avoid disappointment, as they say.
Editing Orders
If you want to edit your COOK order for Christmas, you must do it before 18th December. You can amend your order up until midnight December 18th by clicking “Your Account” link at the top left of our website. Check out our step-by-step guide here. Please be aware not all our dishes may be available as we get closer to Christmas. The earlier you can finalise your order, the better.
Click & Collect
Order online and pick up from a COOK shop from two hours later. Your order will need to be picked up in the time slot selected. During our peak slots, from the 14th - 24th, the minimum order for Click & Collect will be £45.
Home Delivery
It’s likely to get busy! We only have limited slots for home deliveries over the festive period. If you have a big freezer, we advise taking delivery of food for Christmas week as early as you can (it’ll be something ticked off the list, too). And if you collect or take delivery of your turkey or Christmas dinner bundle before 10th Dec, you'll be in with a chance to win a year's worth of COOK meals (£1,500 of COOK vouchers). The minimum order for local shop delivery and courier deliveries is £45, for courier deliveries see below.
Courier Deliveries
We deliver to some areas of the UK via courier, rather than direct from our shops. The minimum order value is £45 and the delivery charge depends on the delivery post code. You can find out more information and which service you’ll get by entering your postcode here (sadly, we still can’t deliver to the far north of Scotland). For courier deliveries, unfortunately some dishes are not available as they are either too delicate or at risk of defrosting during transit. Many apologies if you can’t get something you really fancy.
Concessions
The vast majority of our concessions partners (the independent shops that stock COOK meals and puds) do not carry any of our limited stock festive dishes. However, some bigger concessions with more than 8 COOK freezers stock our Turkey for Two and trimmings, and those with more than 10 freezers may have additional festive lines. Defrosting Turkeys Before Cooking
All our turkeys should be defrosted before cooking (although the turkey for two can also be cooked from frozen). Please make sure you take them out of the freezer as per the instructions, and remove all packaging before defrosting. If you sign-up to our e-newsletter we will send you a reminder to take your turkey out.
“Limited Stock” Special Festive Dishes
We can make only a limited number of our festive dishes and there’s a good chance many will sell out before December 25th. If there’s something in particular you have your eye on, make sure to order or buy early to avoid disappointment. To see our special festive dishes click here.
Order Early and Relax
If you can take delivery of your Christmas order before December 10th, you will automatically be entered into a prize drawer to win the value of your order back. Find out more here.
