Win Pan Asian Feast

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Competition is organised by COOK Trading Ltd ("COOK") whose registered address is The COOK Kitchen, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HH. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Channel Islands aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of COOK and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter the Competition, nor is anyone connected with the Competition. The eligibility of any entrant is at COOK's sole discretion.

3. Competition closes on 14th May 2025 at 11.59pm.

4. All parties engaging in the “Win a Pan Asian Feast” social post qualifying to be entered into the prize draw.

5. The prize referred to as a “Win a Pan Asian Feast” will consist of a selection of the new Pan Asian range to the value of £50 and will be sent to the winner on receipt of their address.

6. There will be one prize-winner chosen at random from all valid entries by 15th May 2025. COOK reserves the right to request written proof of age or identity of any entrant before they may claim the prize.

7. Once notified, the winner must reply within two weeks to make arrangements to receive the prize. COOK reserves the right to select another winner if contact is not made within this time.

8. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value and reasonable equivalence at any time.

9. The prize is awarded at COOKs discretion, and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

10. COOK may use the personal data of entrants for administrative purposes connected to the Competition, including contacting potential winner(s) by email and/or phone to arrange delivery of the prize.

11. COOK reserves the right to announce the first name and hometown of the winner in any print, emails and social media posts relating to the Competition once the prize has been claimed. If the winner is not happy for this to be shared, they can decline the prize, and COOK reserves the right to select another winner.

12. These Terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, COOK and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
