We search all over the globe for responsible suppliers that use natural, renewable materials and sustainable methods of production. The items we have chosen combine contemporary design with traditional skill and, in many cases, specifically compliment COOK dishes. Each one sold is a step towards a better life for an artisan out there – from our fabulous roulade plate handmade by potters in South Africa, to the useful woven bread baskets made by a women's cooperative in Bangladesh.

Sophie has been involved with COOK from day one, helping her husband, Edward Perry, start and build the business. Kali, a dear old family friend, is just as passionate about ethical manufacturing and social responsibility. The two of us aim to bring style and usefulness to your kitchen while providing a means of living to developing communities.

SOURCED products make the very best presents – so you can give a beautiful gift as well as a better life for someone else ... but we support buying some for yourself as well.
