Can I get the discount online?
No, this is an in-store event only. The discount is not available for Click & Collect, Home Delivery or Subscription orders.
What if I forget my Friends & Family card?
Don't worry you can give your name, postcode or email at the till instead to qualify for the discount.
What if I don't have a Friends & Family Card?
You can sign up for free in store at any time during the event to claim the 15% discount.
What are the benefits of becoming a Friends & Family member?
10% off your next shop when you sign up, menus and vouchers through the post and via email, a treat for your birthday, access to product promotions and loyalty discounts in store as well as exclusive member events such as this one.
Will your other promotions still be on?
This weeks 20% off a bestseller promotion will be available over the weekend, but the 15% event discount will not apply to products purchased at this promotional price.
Which products are included in the event discount?
The discount applies to all full price products purchased in a COOK shop, excluding gift cards.
Terms and Conditions:
15% off is only available for purchases made in a COOK shop between Friday 1st and Sunday 3rd November 2024, upon presentation of a valid Friends & Family card. If you are not yet a Friends & Family member, you can sign up for free in store at any time during the event to claim the 15% discount. If you are a Friends & Family member but do not have your card at the time of purchase, you can give your name, postcode or email at the till instead, to qualify for the discount. 15% off does not apply to Click & Collect, Home Delivery or Subscription orders and is not available in any supermarkets, farm shops, or other independent stores with COOK freezers. Discount applies to all full price products in store, excluding gift cards. Product promotions may continue running throughout the event weekend, but the 15% discount will not be applied to the promotional price. For those lines, you will receive either the 15% event discount or the promotional price (whichever offers you the biggest £ saving). Other vouchers and loyalty discounts cannot be used in conjunction with the 15% discount. No returns or partial reimbursements on previous purchases.
