Win BCorp Goodies Competition
Terms & Conditions:
1. The Competition is organised by COOK Trading Ltd ("COOK") whose registered address is The COOK Kitchen, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3HH. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. The Competition is open to residents of the UK and Channel Islands aged 18 or over. Employees and agents of COOK and their associated companies (including the families of such employees and agents) are not eligible to enter the Competition, nor is anyone connected with the Competition. The eligibility of any entrant is at COOK's sole discretion.
3. Competition closes on 12th December 2024 at 11.59pm.
5. All parties engaging in the competition to win the BCorp Goodies Competition social post qualifying to be entered into the prize draw.
6. The prize referred to as a “Win BCorp Goodies” consists of a £50 COOK gift card, a Gift Card from Hobbs House Bakery for a Christmas Treat Box (expires 20/12/24), an Elvis & Kresse washbag, a candle, handwash and body lotion from ‘Formerly known as Haeckles, a rucksack, water bottle and a beanie from Finisterre, a £50 voucher from Holly & Co, a box of The Uncommon English wine containing 4 cans and a selection of goodies from The Cotswold Fayre including, Summerdown Dark Chocolate Peppermint Crisps, Summerdown Peppermint Tea, Four Tony’s Choco Lonely chocolate bars, a bag of Mr Filbert’s Sweet Chilli Crackers and Two bags of Native Prawn Crackers.
7. There will be one prize-winner chosen at random from all valid entries on 13th December 2024. COOK reserves the right to request written proof of age or identity of any entrant before they may claim the prize.
10. Once notified, the winner must reply within 1 week to make arrangements to receive the prize. COOK reserves the right to select another winner if contact is not made within this time.
11. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute with a prize of equal or greater value and reasonable equivalence at any time.
12. The prize is awarded at COOKs discretion and no prize will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
13. COOK may use the personal data of entrants for administrative purposes connected to the Competition, including contacting potential winner(s) by email and/or phone to arrange delivery of the prize.
14. COOK reserves the right to announce the first name and home town of the winner in any print, emails and social media posts relating to the Competition once the prize has been claimed. If the winner is not happy for this to be shared, they can decline the prize and COOK reserves the right to select another winner.
15. These Terms shall be governed by English law and, in the event of any dispute, COOK and each entrant hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
